Good faith compliance; waiver of certain defects

Upon a showing of substantial good faith compliance with these rules, the court may waive nonjurisdictional defects in filing or service if it finds that no harm has occurred to any party as a result of the defect. § 2-214 amendments adopted June 9, 2021, effective January 1, 2022.
