General Rules of Practice for the District Courts
Persons shall be selected randomly for jury service, from the broadest possible cross section of people in the area served by the court. All qualified persons have an obligation to serve as jurors when summoned, and all must be considered for jury service. (Amended effective November 22, 2023.)
