Effective January 1, 2014 Relevant evidence is admissible unless any of the following provides otherwise: (a) the United States Constitution; (b) the Indiana constitution; (c) a statute not in conflict with these rules; (d) these rules; or (e) other rules applicable in the courts of this state. Irrelevant evidence is not admissible.
