Funding Authorization

Effective August 31, 2021 No court-administered alcohol and drug service program that is not certified by the Indiana Office of Court Services, and no applicant whose plan of operation does not comply with requirements for certification under these rules, shall be entitled to receive a favorable review or recommendation from the Indiana Office of Court Services on any application for funding of services from state, federal, or private funding sources.
