Effective April 7, 2021 (a) A court that is not certified by the Indiana Office of Court Services pursuant to IC 33- 23-16 and these rules, and an applicant whose plan of operation does not comply with the requirements for certification under these rules is not entitled to receive a favorable review or recommendation from the Indiana Office of Court Services on any application for the funding of problem-solving court services from state, federal, or private funding sources. (b) A court that is not certified by the Indiana Office of Court Services pursuant to IC 33- 23-16 and these rules is not eligible to send staff or other team members to problem-solving court training events sponsored by the Indiana Office of Court Services unless the court is actively planning the establishment of a problem-solving court and in compliance with section 5 of these rules or is otherwise authorized by the Indiana Office of Court Services.
