(a) Typewritten. Pleadings or other documents filed in formal proceedings, if not printed, shall be typewritten on paper of letter size, 81⁄2 inches wide by 11 inches long. The impression shall be on only one side of the paper and shall be double spaced except that quotations in excess of a few lines shall be single spaced and indented. Mimeographed, photostated or otherwise reproduced copies will be ac- cepted as typewritten provided all copies are clearly legible. (b) Binding. Pleadings and other documents, other than correspondence, shall be bound by staples, or otherwise, which shall be placed at the top of the pages, not at the side. (c) Identification. Pleadings or other documents filed in a formal proceeding shall set forth: (1) The caption and docket number of the proceeding. (2) A brief descriptive title of the pleading or document. (d) Copies. Except as otherwise provided by these rules in the case of briefs or other documents requested by the Board, at the time pleadings, or other documents, other than correspondence are filed in a formal proceeding, there shall be furnished to the Board an original and ten (10) conformed copies of such papers, including all exhibits, if any.
