Every subpoena issued by the clerk or other authorized officer shall state the name of the court and the title of the action, if applicable; shall command each person to whom it is directed to attend and to give testimony at the time and the place stated therein; and, if applicable, shall state on behalf of which party the testimony is solicited. Committee Comments This rule is essentially the same as Rule 45(a), A.R.Civ.P. and, as pointed out in the committee comments to that rule, does not change present procedure.
