SCCAR 6.1 FORM AND CONTENT OF AWARD The award shall be in writing and signed by the arbitrator. The arbitrator shall determine all issues raised by the pleadings, including a determination of any damages. Findings of fact and conclusions of law are not required. [Adopted effective July 1, 1980; Amended effective December 3, 2019.]
