(A) Awards by the arbitrator shall be in writing and signed by the arbitrator. Awards may be on standard award forms approved by the Judicial Arbitration Commission or may be in a form the arbitrator determines appropriate for the case. (B) The arbitrator shall determine all issues raised by the pleadings that are subject to arbitration under the Program, including a determination of comparative negligence, if any, damages, if any, and costs. The amount of damages that can be awarded is not limited to the jurisdictional amount for arbitration. (C) Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law are not required. (D) After an award is made, the arbitrator shall return all exhibits to the parties who offered them during the hearing.
