Massachusetts Supplemental Rules of the Probate and Family Court
In cases not governed by the Mass.R.Dom.Rel.P. , the determination of foreign law shall be governed by Mass.R.Civ.P. 44.1 . In addition, it shall be the duty of counsel to call to the attention of the court such authorities or other material relating to the question as they wish the court to consider.
