Foreclosure of Mortgages

At the time the plaintiff files a motion for judg- ment of foreclosure, the plaintiff shall serve on each appearing defendant, in accordance with the Sections 10-12 through 10-17, a copy of appraisal report of the property being foreclosed. The motion for judgment shall contain a certifica- tion that such service was made. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 526.)
