Fiscal procedures

The administrative director of courts (“ADC”) shall, after consultation with the Examiners of Public Accounts, provide assistance in the development of financial systems for the receipt, deposit and disbursement of all funds of the offices of clerks, registers and magistrates. [Amended 9-28-87, eff. 10-1-87.] Comment This rule requires the ADC to provide assistance to clerks and registers in developing financial systems, but recognizes that ultimate accountability for the receipt and disbursement of funds rests with local officials. This Rule replaces former Rule 39.
