Within 10 days after a hearing, the attorney for the respondent shall file and serve on the Office of the Attorney General such proposed written findings of fact, conclusions of law, and orders as the Court may direct. Opposing proposed findings, conclusions, and orders may be filed and served on respondent's counsel within 10 days thereafter.
