Partial Findings Fed. R. Civ. P. 52 applies in an adversary proceeding—except that a motion under Fed. R. Civ. P. 52(b) to amend or add findings must be filed within 14 days after the judgment is entered. The reference in Fed. R. Civ. P. 52(a) to entering a judgment under Fed. R. Civ.
