Frivolous If after a full examination pursuant to Section 43-36 the presiding judge concludes that the defendant’s appeal is not wholly frivolous, such judge may allow counsel to withdraw and appoint new counsel to represent the defendant, or may order counsel of record to proceed with the appeal. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 955.)
