(a) The findings of facts shall be in writing, and in accordance with Section 19-8. The fact finder shall include in the finding of facts the number of days on which hearings concerning that case were held. It shall be signed by the fact finder and should include an award of damages, if applic- able. (b) The fact finder may accompany the finding of facts with a memorandum of decision including such matters as the fact finder may deem helpful in the decision of the case. (c) Within 120 days of the completion of the fact finder’s hearing the fact finder shall file the finding of facts with the clerk of the court with sufficient copies for all counsel.
