Nevada Short Trial Rules
Unless otherwise specified in these rules, all documents must be filed and served in accordance with the provisions of the NRCP. Following trial, the short trial judge shall file all documents, jury instructions, and evidence with the district court clerk. [Added; effective January 1, 2005; amended; effective January 1, 2023.]
