(A) Each applicant, with the filing of the application, must pay the fee prescribed by the Nebraska Supreme Court. Application fees will be used for administrative expenses and costs incurred by the Commission in carrying out its duties. (B) Commissioners are entitled to receive reimbursement for all reasonable expenses incurred in the performance of their duties, and a per diem allowance in an amount to be fixed by the Supreme Court. (C) The Commission may request a change in the per diem amount and shall submit such request to the Supreme Court for approval. § 3-107 amended July 25, 2013, effective August 1, 2013; § 3-107 amended February 12, 2020.
