Defense Counsel Defense counsel shall familiarize himself or her- self with the contents of the presentence or alter- nate incarceration assessment report or both, including any evaluative summary, and any spe- cial medical or psychiatric reports pertaining to the client. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 924.)
