Failure to make discovery: sanctions

Sanctions for failure to comply with Rule 26 may be ordered as provided in that rule. Sanctions for discovery permitted pursuant to Rule 27 may be ordered in accordance with Superior Court Civil Rule 37. VI. TRIALS. Rule 38. Jury trial of right. In any civil action commenced pursuant to 25 Del. C. Ch. 57, the plaintiff may demand a trial by jury at the time the action is commenced and the defendant may demand a trial by jury within 10 days after being served.
