Motions for extensions of time for purposes of filing a petition for certification or an opposition thereto shall be filed with the appellate clerk and shall be governed by Section 66-1. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 4142.4.) (Amended July 15, 2025, to take effect Jan. 1, 2026.) HISTORY—2026: In this section, ‘‘an’’ replaced ‘‘a state- ment in’’ before ‘‘opposition.’’ COMMENTARY—2026: This amendment was made for the purpose of consistency.
