(A) When no transcript is requested, the reasons of appeal shall be filed within twenty (20) days of the date on which the claim of appeal is filed. (B) When a transcript is requested, the stenographer shall notify the parties that the transcript has been completed. The reasons of appeal must be filed within twenty (20) days of the date of said notice. (C) The court shall grant only one ex parte extension of time to file the reasons of appeal and said extension shall not be granted for more than thirty (30) days. (D) Additional extensions of time to file the reasons of appeal may be granted by motion with notice to all parties or by written agreement signed by all parties and approved by the court.
