Rule: 69

Jurisdiction: DC

Bluebook Citation: D.C. Super. Ct. Dom. Rel. R. 69

(a) IN GENERAL. (1) Money Judgment; Applicant Procedure. A money judgment is enforceable by a writ of execution, unless the court directs otherwise. (b) [Omitted]. COMMENT TO 2018 AMENDMENTS This rule has been amended to conform to Civil Rule 69. Provisions related to attachment after judgment have been moved to Rule 69-I, and particular provisions related to attachment of wages have been moved to Rule 69-II.
