Exceptions to Electronic Service

Documents required to be served in conformity with Rule 4, Rule 4.1, or Rule 45 of the Rules of Civil Procedure and Rule 9(b) of the Rules of Practice and Procedure for Family Court or where personal service is otherwise required by rule or statute, including without limitation, complaint, new party amended complaint, or third-party complaint, summonses and subpoenas, may not be served pursuant to these E-Filing Rules and must instead be served in conformity with those rules or statutes.
