With the exception of the Multistate Bar Examination and the Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination, any applicant not recommended for admission by the board of bar examiners shall have the right to inspect the applicant’s examination papers, the questions given and the ratings thereof at any time after the supreme court has received the report of the board of bar examiners recommending that the applicant be denied admission. The bar examination answers of all applicants recommended for admission shall be retained for one year. The bar examination answers of applicants not recommended for admission shall be retained for three years from the date of the bar examination. [Amended; effective December 11, 1991.]
