An application must show the director that such applicant has received at the time of the examination or motion application the applicant's first professional degree, either a JD or LLB degree from an ABA-approved law school. The director shall not accept an application that on its face indicates the candidate lacks a professional degree from an ABA-approved law school or the required years of practice time pursuant to § 3-119(B)(1) . If an application is not accepted, all fees shall be refunded to the applicant. § 3-113 amended July 25, 2013, effective August 1, 2013; § 3-113 amended February 12, 2020.
