Examination and motion applicants; minimum qualifications; refund

An application must show the director that such applicant has received at the time of the examination or motion application the applicant's first professional degree, either a JD or LLB degree from an ABA-approved law school. The director shall not accept an application that on its face indicates the candidate lacks a professional degree from an ABA-approved law school or the required years of practice time pursuant to § 3-119(B)(1) .
