EX PARTE COMMUNICATIONS

The judge shall not allow any person: (1) to discuss in his/her presence the law or facts or alleged facts of any case then pending in the court, or likely to be instituted therein, except as allowed by law in the orderly progress of proceedings under these rules, or (2) to influence his/her decision in any manner that is prohibited by these rules or the Mississippi Code of Judicial Conduct.
