SPR 98.10W ESTATES—RECEIVERSHIP—REPORTS All reports of receivers which involve an accounting shall be filed at least 10 days before the hearing. On filing and presentation of such report the court will appoint a time for hearing the same, and will direct such notice to be given as will most likely advise all interested parties of such hearing. [Adopted effective July 1, 1967.]
