RULE 35. ENTRY ON DOCKET On the Clerk’s receipt of the petition, the case will be entered on the docket and assigned a number. The Clerk will notify the parties of the docket number. The parties must include the docket number on all papers thereafter filed in the case and in any correspondence with the Court.
