CRLJ 58 ENTRY OF JUDGMENT Upon the verdict of a jury, the court shall immediately render judgment thereon. If the trial is by the judge, judgment shall be entered immediately after the close of the trial, unless the judge reserves decision, in which event the decision shall be rendered within 45 days.
