Entry of Judgment

A Supreme Court judgment entry or other order is effective when it is filed with the Clerk. In every case involving termination of parental rights or adoption of a minor child, or both, or the setting or denial of bail, the Supreme Court will expedite the filing of the judgment entry or other orders for journalization.
