Effective January 1, 2024 The court must promptly note the verdict of a jury or the decision of the court in the chronological case summary. At or before sentencing, the court must enter judgment of conviction. The provisions of Trial Rule 58(B) relating to the content of a judgment do not apply in criminal proceedings.
