Eminent Domain; Clerk’s Fees

No costs shall be taxed for court expenses unless each item of payment of over $50 shall be accompanied by a proper voucher. No part of the clerk’s bill or fees shall be included for taxation in the state marshal’s bill, or in any bill of a commu- nity correctional center. (P.B. 1978-1997, Sec. 407.)
