Supreme Court B. Any Circuit, Chancery, Criminal, Probate, Juvenile or General Sessions Court in the State may, in its discretion, choose to adopt local rules that would allow for acceptance of court filings via email. Clerks of court may adopt reasonable service charges applicable to such filings. Filings submitted via email are still subject to the applicable service requirements.
