Eligibility to serve on board or committee

In determining eligibility to serve on any board or committee under these rules, an individual may be considered a resident of the district in which the individual either lives or maintains law offices. Provided, however, such offices must be the principal office for such individual and not merely a satellite office. Rule 25 adopted November 23, 1994.
