A document in the official court file that purports to be signed by a judge or other court official is presumed to be authentic. The January 1, 2026 Fla. R. Gen. Prac. & Jud. Admin. Page 101 of 258 clerk shall place such a document in the official court file only after authenticating it according to the Florida Courts Technology Standards. PART IV.
