ELC 13.2 EFFECTIVE DATE OF SUSPENSIONS AND DISBARMENTS Suspensions and disbarments are effective on the date set by the Supreme Court’s order or opinion, which will ordinarily be seven days after the date of the order or opinion. If no date is set, the suspension or disbarment is effective seven days after the date of the Court’s order or opinion. [Adopted effective October 1, 2002; Amended effective January 1, 2014.]
