EFFECTIVE DATE, IMPLEMENTATION, AND AMENDMENTS
Rules & Regulations Concerning the Lawyers' Fund for Client Protection
8.1. Effective Date. These Rules and Regulations shall become effective upon approval by the Supreme Court of the State of Hawai‘i. 8.2. Amendment. These Rules and Regulations may be amended by a vote of at least three (3) of the trustees and approval of the amendment by the Supreme Court of the State of Hawai‘i. (Amended September 15, 1994, effective September 15, 1994.)
