Effective Date

JISCR 17 EFFECTIVE DATE These rules, with the exception of rule 2, shall take effect on May 15, 1976. Rule 2 shall take effect on July 1, 1976, and until such time, the Superior Courts Management Information System (SCOMIS) Committee formed on February 21, 1974, shall continue to function as directed by this court. All other rules that are adopted or amended shall take effect in accordance with Supreme Court rule making authority.
