Effective Date

These rules shall take effect on July 1, 2019. They govern all proceedings in actions brought after the rules take effect and also all further proceedings in actions then pending, except to the extent that in the opinion of the court the application of the rules in a particular pending action when the rules take Page 51 of 52 February 2024 effect would not be feasible or would work injustice, in which event the former procedure applies.
