Hawai‘i Arbitration Rules
These rules become effective as of February 15, 1986 for the circuit court of the first circuit; as of October 1, 1987 for the circuit court of the third circuit; as of October 15, 1987 for the circuit court of the second circuit; and as of November 1, 1987 for the circuit court of the fifth circuit. (Amended September 28, 1987, effective October 1, 1987.)
