Effect of Presumptions in Criminal Cases

Delaware Uniform Rules of Evidence

Rule: 303

Jurisdiction: DE

Bluebook Citation: D.R.E. 303

Presumptions in criminal cases shall be as set forth in 11 Del. C. § 306. Comment This rule is new. It does not follow either the Federal Rules which have no Rule 303 nor U.R.E. 303. The Committee believed that the provisions of U.R.E. 303 are covered adequately by 11 Del. C. § 306.
