ELC 6.7 EFFECT OF NON PARTICIPATION IN DIVERSION The respondent lawyer has the right to decline disciplinary counsel’s offer to participate in diversion. If the respondent chooses not to participate, the matter proceeds as though no referral to diversion had been made. [Adopted effective October 1, 2002.]
