Effect of Intervention
Rules of Juvenile Court
The court may conduct hearings, make findings, and issue orders at any time prior to intervention being accomplished or denied. The intervention shall be effective as of the date granted and prior proceedings and decisions of the court shall not be affected. 2019 Advisory Committee Comment
