Rules of the Ethics Advisory Panel
Provided no misrepresentation or omission of material fact is made by the inquir- ing attorney, the inquiring attorney who acts in accordance with the advisory opin- ion, shall be conclusively presumed to have abided by the Rules of Professional Conduct.
