shall affect the ability of a person or entity to pro- vide information of a general nature about the law and legal procedures to members of the public. (f) Governmental Agencies: Nothing in this rule shall affect the ability of a governmental agency to carry out its responsibilities as provided by law. (g) Professional Standards: Nothing in this rule shall be taken to define or affect standards for civil liability or professional responsibility. (h) Unauthorized Practice: If a person who is not authorized to practice law is engaged in the practice of law, that person shall be subject to the civil and criminal penalties of this jurisdiction.
