When a defendant is sentenced to a term of imprisonment of two years or more, a copy of each of the following shall be delivered to the person in charge of the correctional facility to which the defendant is committed at the time the defendant is delivered thereto: (1) any available pre-sentence investigation report; (2) any report by a state correctional diagnostic and classification center; and (3) any medical, psychiatric, or social agency report used by the sentencing judge in imposing sentence or by a probation department or state correctional diagnostic and classification center in compiling a report to the sentencing judge. Comment It is intended that the confidentiality of such reports remain as secure after they have been delivered pursuant to this rule as at any previous stage. Cf . Rule 703.
