Hawai‘i Court Records Rules
A confidential document, exhibit, or other evidence shall be listed on the docket in the same manner as other documents, exhibits, or evidence. Access to confidential documents, exhibits, or other evidence is governed by Rule 10.4 of these rules. (Amended June 21, 2012, effective September 1, 2012.)
