District Magistrate Judge Serving as a Municipal Judge

(a) Applicability. This rule applies to a district magistrate judge certified by the Supreme Court under K.S.A. 20-337. (b) Municipal Judge Certification. A district magistrate judge who successfully completes the district magistrate judge certification process required by K.S.A. 20-337 also satisfies the municipal judge certification process required by K.S.A. 12-4114.
