Rule: 15.

Upon the disqualification of a member of the Board from consideration of an application for admission or relicensure, the Supreme Court may, at the request of the Board, appoint a resident licensed member of the bar, including a former member of the Board, to serve temporarily in the disqualified member's place. [Amended effective March 1,1999 ; August 1, 2001 .]
